CLIENT PORTFOLIO

You won’t find any stuffy, stuck-in-the-90s websites here.

I emphasize “breathing room” whenever possible in all my projects and see to it that YOU are truly represented as the best-fit therapist for your best-matched clients.

LIMITED MONTHLY AVAILABILITY

I work with only a few clients per month for website design projects. This helps our work to stay on schedule and that my attention is not pulled in several directions at once.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I always recommend planning ahead (at least 4-6 weeks in advance) for any type of website design project. This is to avoid feeling rushed and burned out before or during the process. You'd be surprised how much prep and work goes into designing a strategy focused website. You'll need to commit a few hours a week for various items related to your design project and be sure that you're financially capable of making your payments on time so you're not putting any due stress on yourself. I want to be sure that your experience is all around positive and FUN!

  • Depending on the service you've requested, my standard payment plan is 30% deposit is due upon signing to secure your project with us. An invoice will be sent via email with a link to payment options. You will receive a receipt for your payment via email as well. E-Transfer options are available. 35% will be due when your project starts, and the remaining 35% is due upon completion.

For non-website design services 50% is due to book with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

Right before your site is live, we'll have a 1:1 extensive training session so you'll feel confident making updates on your own. This training will be recorded so you can refer back to it in the future.

  • Unfortunately, I don’t manage paid marketing campaigns such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Instagram Ads.

  • Squarespace has 4 price tiers for their website hosting plans. Plans start at $12 USD/month for a personal plan up to $49 USD/month for an advanced commerce plan. By working with me you'll receive 20% off your first year, when paid for in full (rather than monthly).

  • Yes. For all website design projects a contract will need to be signed. I'm always happy to clarify any part of the contract before you sign it if you're not completely clear on the terms laid out. Contracts protect us both.

  • Not yet. It takes time and good search engine optimization (SEO) to achieve this. However, your site will be optimized for search engines and over time could get on the first page of Google for search terms related to your business.

  • Yes. Before making the site live on the web, we'll have an extensive training session that's recorded so you can refer to it in the future. You also have 4 weeks of my support after launching your site should you need help.

  • While I do provide an hourly rate for past clients for small site edits, ongoing support is offered on a per-client basis. I recommend a quarterly review for SEO strategy and a 6-12 months review for design and copywriting. I don’t offer retainers but rather charge on a per-project basis. Discounted strategy sessions are available for all our past clients.
