Review your website for design, content, SEO and functionality.

You’ve DIY’d your website and you’re feeling pretty proud of yourself - as you should be! - only thing is you know it needs some improvement but you just aren’t sure where to begin.

  • Audits help you identify any gaps within your site design, seo, and copy. While your marketing funnels potential clients to your site, the goal most expect of their site is to convert those visitors into paying clients.

  • Are you correctly using various design elements on your site? One of the most common mistakes clients make on a website they’ve done themselves is improper use of their headings and paragraph text.

Other common mistakes? Image sizing, buttons, not making it easy for potential clients to book a session with you, and many more.

  • SEO isn’t limited to specific words you use on your site. Search engines like Google will ding you if you overuse keywords in a way that’s unnatural. SEO is also effected by the use of various design elements throughout your site.

Your website is the best place to really show who you are not only as a practitioner, but as a real person. Frequently Asked Questions

  • I always recommend planning ahead (at least 4-6 weeks in advance) for any type of website design project. This is to avoid feeling rushed and burned out before or during the process. You'd be surprised how much prep and work goes into designing a strategy focused website. You'll need to commit a few hours a week for various items related to your design project and be sure that you're financially capable of making your payments on time so you're not putting any due stress on yourself. I want to be sure that your experience is all around positive and FUN!

  • For non-website design services, 50% is due to book with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

  • Yes! For any project over a $2500 spend threshold, there are payment plans available. Ask and we can work out a plan that works for both of us.

  • YWhile I do offer website audits and SEO edits on the Wordpress, Showit, Wix, and Squrespace platforms, I ONLY build new of re-designed websites for clients using Squarespace.

I find Squarespace to be the most user-friendly and it's a platform that's constantly evolving to provide more beneficial tools to their users.

Right before your site is live, we'll have a 1:1 extensive training session so you'll feel confident making updates on your own. This training will be recorded so you can refer back to it in the future.

As a supporter of the BDS Movement, I do not build websites using Wix. If you’d like to move away from Wix to Squarespace, I’m happy to help!

  • The timeline for completion varies for each type of service.

    Website Audits: 1 day

SEO strategy & implementation: 1 week

    Website Design: 4-6 weeks

  • For all website design projects a contract will need to be signed. I'm always happy to clarify any part of the contract before you sign it if you're not completely clear on the terms laid out. Contracts protect us both.

Website audits do not require a contract to be signed.

  • Not yet. It takes time and good search engine optimization (SEO) to achieve this. However, your site will be optimized for search engines and over time could get on the first page of Google for search terms related to your business.

  • Yes. Before making the site live on the web, we'll have an extensive training session that's recorded so you can refer to it in the future. You also have 4 weeks of my support after launching your site should you need help.

  • While I do provide an hourly rate for past clients for small site edits, ongoing support is offered on a per-client basis. I recommend a quarterly review for SEO strategy and a 6-12 months review for design and copywriting. I don’t offer retainers but rather charge on a per-project basis. Discounted strategy sessions are available for all our past clients.
