Before working with me, you felt: I felt like my website wasn't a full reflection of myself and my practice. I knew it was basic and it served a purpose but I wanted to make it more professional and long-lasting.

What fears or hesitations did you have before deciding to work with me? What wasn't working in your business? Why did you want a new or refreshed website?: My hesitations that I had prior to working with you came from engaging people previously to make my logo, website, and branding more professional and having the experience that they didn't really get me or the product they shared was not of quality or a reflection of me. I had the idea that having a professional website I was proud of would help me feel more accomplished professionally. I wanted to be proud of the website I shared with others.

How has the process of working with me and your website changed your business?: I think the website is a truer reflection of me and that people who have heard of me and viewed the website have a better idea of what working with me will look like. I've always had trouble articulating how I practice and my values as this differs from other people in the profession with a more clinical lens so I do think the website captures me more honestly and I anticipate the referrals who check my website continue with the referral because they see some compatibility.

For someone on the fence about working with me, what would you say to them?: I would tell someone to review your portfolio and ask any questions related to their concerns. It is hard to find support for helping professions as many people doing websites/content work do not truly understanding the helping business. You have a strong understanding of helping professions and/or are willing to ask or research on your own to find out more. That is such a hard thing to find! A true understanding!

Also I struggle with articulation of my style and what I do and you totally excelled at capturing the sentiment and content and displaying it so wonderfully on the website.

Would you recommend my website design services to a friend who was in your situation? If so, why?: Absolutely. You have a great deal of professionalism and patience that is unmatched. Your skills and understanding of helping professionals really shines through and makes this process so much more authentic and less stressful as a result.
